CraftCenter
Terms for seller tools and account access

These Terms govern your access to CraftCenter. By creating an account, signing in, connecting an Etsy shop, or using CraftCenter, you agree to these Terms. CraftCenter is not Etsy, and Etsy's own terms apply when you use Etsy or connect an Etsy account.

Account use

• You are responsible for keeping your CraftCenter login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to use CraftCenter only for lawful business purposes.
• You must not share access in ways that bypass subscription limits, team permissions, security controls, or other account protections.

Etsy connections

• CraftCenter lets you connect Etsy shops you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the Etsy accounts, shops, listings, orders, and automations you connect.
• Changes submitted through CraftCenter, including listing edits, inventory updates, automations, messages, integrations, and AI-assisted drafts, are actions you approve or enable.
• Etsy may change, limit, or revoke API access. CraftCenter is not responsible for Etsy outages, policy decisions, marketplace actions, or Etsy account restrictions.

Subscriptions and AI credits

• Paid subscriptions, App Store purchases, and AI credit packs are subject to the pricing, renewal, refund, and cancellation rules shown at purchase time and by Apple where applicable.
• Feature availability, limits, usage, and credits may depend on your active plan, billing status, account standing, and backend entitlement records.
• AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your shop. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, images, recommendations, and edits before using them.

Prohibited conduct

• You may not use CraftCenter to violate law, infringe rights, deceive customers, manipulate marketplaces, send spam, scrape or overload systems, evade security, or interfere with other users.
• You may not reverse engineer CraftCenter, misuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or use CraftCenter to distribute malicious or harmful content.
• You may not submit content or prompts that are unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or intended to bypass platform, billing, safety, or security controls.

Suspension and termination

• CraftCenter may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, connected-shop access, automations, integrations, AI features, or other service access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the service, caused harm, failed payment or entitlement checks, or used CraftCenter in a way that could harm CraftCenter, Etsy, users, customers, or third parties.
• Suspension may be temporary or permanent and may happen with or without advance notice when needed to protect the service, users, marketplace integrity, legal compliance, billing systems, or security.
• If your account is suspended, you may contact support@craftcenterapp.com. We may restore, limit, or permanently close access at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Data and deletion

• You may delete your CraftCenter account from Settings > Account. Account deletion is intended to remove your CraftCenter account, Etsy connections, synced shop data, automations, diagnostics, and AI credit history.
• Some records may be retained as needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, and legitimate business records.
• Deleting the app from a device may remove local app data, but synced account and shop data may remain on CraftCenter servers until account deletion or another deletion request is completed.

Disclaimers and liability

• CraftCenter is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, revenue results, marketplace ranking, listing performance, or compatibility with every Etsy or iOS change.
• DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY VISITING CARDINALS LLC (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, CraftCenter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace actions, or business interruption.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

• CraftCenter may update these Terms as the app, backend, subscriptions, integrations, legal requirements, or platform rules evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice in the app or by email.
• Your continued use of CraftCenter after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
